Refund & Returns Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Items returned after this period are ineligible for refunds.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials and flammable substances
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Select health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Refunds may be reduced in the following situations:

  • Books showing obvious wear
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, vinyl records)
  • Items damaged or missing parts due to customer negligence
  • Returns exceeding the 30-day window

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within a specified timeframe. Processing delays may occur through banking channels. Sale items cannot be refunded — only regularly-priced merchandise qualifies.

Exchanges & Gifts

Defective or damaged items may be exchanged. Gift purchases receive store credit as gift certificates rather than monetary refunds.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are deducted from the refund. The company assumes no liability for lost return shipments.
